New Orleans (Dec. 9th) — New Orleans native Southpaw Sosay finally releases his highly anticipated new single, “Tired”! The new single, presented by Fourth and Twenty Music Group and produced by 9 Eleven Beats, finds Sosay rapping about the hard times that most rappers choose not to touch on. Instead of glorifying the perks of street life, he touches on those that have passed away, homelessness, dealing with the Feds, and more of the dark side of life. This is some of the most personal and in depth material he’s done, and it’s a much needed dose of reality in a predominantly shallow industry. “Tired” will serve as a bonus track for his forthcoming EP, “Blazed and Amused” coming soon.
