In a time where music is lazy and hip hop acts would rather be known as “Rockstars”, Rome takes pride in being a rapper. This frustration is displayed in his new single “All In”, where he vents on the lowering standards of lyricism in hip hop. Rome continues to draw inspiration from classic rap albums to shape the sound of tomorrow. While speaking on “All In”, Rome says “Fuck that mumble music this is Renaissance Rap.”
The video was directed by Samureye Films and sees Rome take some creative shots at some of the rappers he believes are degrading the genre.
