Just in time for graduation season, the aspirational, coming-of-age visual shows Jake daydreaming on what’s to come in life post-graduation – a crossroads familiar to many. On the track, Jake raps about chasing his dreams and reaching for the stars over Statik Selektah’s (Nas, KRS-One, Wiz Khalifa, Action Bronson) stripped down boom-bap production. “Celebration” featuring Stacey Barthe is available everywhere now, watch the video HERE.
“Celebration” comes behind Jake’s nostalgic debut single, “Boss Thoughts”. The single’s boom-bap soundscape, produced by multi-platinum producer Buckwild (Notorious B.I.G., Nas, Beastie Boys, Fat Joe, Big Pun, Big L,) underscores Jake’s slick lyricism.
