If the pain results from pushing your body too far, see your doctor and get some rest. If the pain results from an injury you’re still recovering from, you might want to consider seeing a chiropractor after a personal injury to speed up the healing process.
- Ignoring your diet
Some experts will tell you fitness is 70% diet and 30% exercise. That means, no matter how hard you train, if you fail to support it with the proper nutrition, you’ll be taking one step forward and two steps back. The appropriate diet will depend on what your body needs or lacks. You can always speak with your doctor or a dietitian to draw the perfect diet for you.
